I’ve been deep-diving into what plasma is—from a spiritual lens. Turns out, it’s everything. The sun is plasma. The Akashic records are plasma. The cosmos, the ethers… all plasma.

And when we heal, when we release, we ignite our light body. That light—our internal heat—activates our plasma body. It’s our fourth body beyond the physical, energy, and light bodies. And it connects us to everything.

There’s no easy way to summarize a journey like this.

Egypt cracked me open in ways I didn’t even know I was ready for.

I went in feeling whole, healed, open. I’ve done a lot of inner work. My heart has been softened, my feminine deeply reclaimed, and I was genuinely excited to see what would unfold. I wasn’t searching for anything. I just knew I was meant to be there.

What I didn’t expect was how clearly this trip would be about healing my masculine energy.

Lately, I’ve been moving through some of the most profound healing sessions I’ve ever facilitated. And as I deepen in trust—trust in myself, trust in Spirit, and trust in the women who are called to work with me—these sessions continue to expand in magnitude, depth, and mystery.

My forties were the decade of transformation — full-on soul excavation. They weren’t easy, but they brought me home to myself. And through all the unraveling, healing, and remembering, I picked up some truths I want to share with you. Not as advice, but as lived experience.

As I sat there crying into the waves, I asked God, "What is this?" And I heard it clearly: "Who you are becoming cannot seek outside validation."

It hit me like a wave. This pain, this ache, this trigger, it was revealing something. A pattern. A wound. A belief I didn’t even know I was still carrying. The part of me that had been looking for applause, affirmation and acknowledgment.

Picture this: your left hand is your feminine energy. Your right hand is your masculine. Bring them together in a prayer position in front of your heart. That’s alignment. That’s union. That’s your true path forward. But if your hands are pointing in different directions, your energy is too. No wonder things feel off.

You are your own healer. You always have been.It’s beautiful to have guides. It’s powerful to have someone holding space for you. But never forget — the healing lives inside you. It’s you showing up. You breathing. You moving through it. You can’t just read the books or listen to the podcasts. You have to become the work.
